Timofey Dovgalyuk is a visionary entrepreneur, cultural architect, and servant leader whose life and work embody a bold mission: to elevate people and transform communities through Gospel-centered leadership, design excellence, and values-driven impact.
Born in Riga, Latvia, and raised in the Soviet Union, Timofey’s formative years were marked by courage and compassion. Traveling as a child with his family as music missionaries, he brought hope and encouragement to persecuted communities across Eastern Europe. This foundation of meaningful service shaped Timofey’s enduring commitment to transformational leadership and redemptive purpose.
Over the past two decades, Timofey has founded and led multiple nonprofit initiatives, collectively raising over $2.5 million to support orphans, single mothers, wounded soldiers, and children with disabilities. His work has positively impacted more than 100,000 children through leadership programs, camps, and humanitarian outreach. Notably, as the Founder and President of SALT Movement, Timofey has personally trained over 10,000 leaders in the U.S. and Eastern Europe, organized weekly leadership training programs, developed a multinational leadership team, and led 22 international missions in crisis relief and culture development—particularly focused on Ukraine, Latvia, Germany, Poland, and the United States.
Today, Timofey leads as Founder and President of SEED Your Vision, a highly specialized advisory firm representing high-net-worth individuals in designing and building their luxury homes. SEED Your Vision serves as a trusted advocate and strategic partner, guiding discerning clients through architectural design, construction, and interiors with a clear emphasis on quality, stewardship, and legacy-driven outcomes.
Timofey also founded DOMA, a nationally recognized luxury cabinetry firm that became one of the top PLATO cabinetry dealers by volume in 2023. His entrepreneurial ventures extend to hundreds of successful design-build projects in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Florida, New York, Texas and Utah. Timofey’s companies have designed and/or developed over $500 million worth of luxury residential real estate across the U.S., from the Mid-Atlantic to the South and Mountain West—each project characterized by excellence, form, function, and enduring values.
Timofey holds dual degrees in Architecture and East European Languages & Literature from the University of Virginia, with additional graduate studies in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Fluent in English and Russian, and conversationally fluent in Ukrainian, he is uniquely positioned to bridge cultures through enterprise, faith, and leadership.
A devoted husband and father of four, Timofey resides in the Washington, D.C. area, continuing his life-long dedication to leadership, service, and legacy-building.
