Jaime Campbell is a dynamic leader and creative visionary who has spent her career building beauty, clarity, and trust across industries and initiatives. With a diverse background in entrepreneurship, luxury home management, marketing, nonprofit leadership, and theological formation, Jaime brings both elegance and depth to everything she leads.
Over the past decade, she has served as a trusted operations and brand strategist for high-net-worth households, luxury builders, and growing creative teams. Jaime is also the co-founder of The Vox Project, an advocacy initiative that inspired and equipped ministry leaders through storytelling, visual media, and strategic gatherings. She has produced events, built teams, and delivered keynote messages for diverse audiences in both faith and professional spaces.
In 2025, Jaime co-founded PENTASPHERE Global—a boutique leadership agency based in Washington, D.C. and affiliated with GiANT Worldwide. Together with her partners, she trains and mobilizes leaders who want to elevate their influence and build organizations marked by trust, transformation, and timeless values. She is passionate about guiding high-capacity individuals into work that feels meaningful, clear, and aligned with who they truly are.
Jaime holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Southern Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University. She is a poised and winsome communicator, a systems thinker with a creative edge, and a relational leader who values whit, wisdom, whimsy, words and wonder.
Above all, Jaime is a devoted wife and mother of three. She believes that leadership begins within—and that the way we serve our families, our neighbors, and our teams shapes the kind of legacy we leave behind.
